Take advantage of your stay at the Hotel Eiffel Blomet and participate in the pan-European event called the Night of the Museums, which this year will be held on May 14th, 2022. For the occasion, some 80 Parisian museums open their doors free of charge for an evening and well into the night. Read on for an overview of the programme.

Experience museums in a different way

The idea of the Night of Museums is not limited to free access to the collections. It also offers readings, concerts, conferences, workshops, thematic or unusual tours, and more. Each institution chooses its own mode of expression. This special evening is both an opportunity to explore renowned museums such as the Louvre for free and to discover lesser-known institutions that are not always easily accessible to the public.

Wander at will or plan your itinerary

You can let yourself be guided by your inspiration and wander at will to whichever Parisian museums you fancy visiting on the evening of May 14th. Or you can prepare your route carefully. Your Hotel Eiffel Blomet team, for example, has opted for the Benevolent Ghosts show which will be held in the Ateliers-Musée Chana Orloff, and the exhibition and debate organised by the Cité de l'Economie. We also want to check out a concert by the Hélios Ensemble, a choir that will perform the works of the female composers celebrated in the Pionnières exhibition at the Musée du Luxembourg.

Original, unexpected, and unusual, the Night of Museums activities have something for everyone. Please remember that some events are by reservation only.
